Tour Information
This year's tour will be held Friday, July 4th 2008 at the the Tucson Convention Center and will feature a challenge ride, a family ride, a
3-Mile fun run/walk
and a children’s special event, the Kids' Stars & Stripes Fiesta!
START/FINISH LOCATION FOR ALL EVENTS:
In front of the Tucson Convention Center on Church Street for 27 and 6-1/2 rides, and 3-mile fun run/walk event. 1/2-mile Kids’ Ride (children 6 years and under) and Special Event Parking Lot A.
Please Note: Due to circumstances beyond our control related to construction on the river path, this year's 10 mile ride has been canceled. The 6-1/2 mile ride has not been affected. We apologize for the inconvenience.

There are no late starts. Riders must be at the last aid station by 9:00 a.m. to continue.

HOW TO REGISTER:
Pre-registration:
Download, print, fill out, and mail the registration form here. The form must be post marked by June 23rd.
Online registration:
Online registration is available at active.com through June 28th. Click here to register online.
In Person:
Sat., June 28th 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
and Thur., July 3rd 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at
Tucson Parks & Recreation, 900 South Randolph Way
Ride Day:
5:00 a.m. at the start/finish.
Registration Confirmations are not mailed out.

AWARDS:
Medals will be awarded to all event participants. Ribbons will be given to 1/2 mile participants.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
Helmets required for all riders. Participants under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult.
AID STATIONS:
Provided for each event.
PROCEEDS TO BENEFIT:
Tour for Tucson’s Children Program Fund.
Scholarships are available for family ride.
